Volunteering with the Dam Short Film Festival is an exciting and rewarding experience and a great way to gain an insider’s perspective into Nevada’s largest film festival. The dedication and hard work of our many returning volunteers, as well as enthusiastic newcomers, is a key element to the festival’s success each year. A wide range of skills, talents and interests are needed to fill volunteer positions in all areas of the festival. While most opportunities happen during festival week in February, volunteer support is needed throughout the year.
As the festival and our volunteer group continues to grow, we are striving to improve the program to ensure the best and most enjoyable experience for all. This year, we are implementing a new registration form which will help us complete our database, improve communication and match our volunteers with the most suitable roles.
