DSFS Filmmaker Concierge
Services to be Provided to Society by Contractor
The Filmmaker Concierge acts as the point person on behalf of the DSFF with the Filmmakers before, during and after the festival week. Most responsibilities can be handled remotely until the week of the festival – Filmmaker Concierge will be expected to be present for the entire festival week.
Service 01: Send a welcome email to filmmakers programmed in the Dam Short Film Festival. Answer questions sent by guest filmmakers via e-mail and phone concerning the festival details. Point person of contact.
Service 02: Manage all operations/logistics related to filmmakers during the festival week. To include but not limited to travel, transportation, hotel, stipend, swag, filmmaker lounge, Q&A schedule.
Service 03: Sign up programmed filmmakers for Q&A sessions either in person or live streamed. Work in tandem with the Director of Operations where necessary to make sure filmmakers are prepared to participate during the festival.
Service 04: Manage filmmaker festival lounge either in person. Work with volunteer coordinator and the Director of Events and Activities to ensure the lounge is functioning correctly throughout the festival.
Service 05: Coordinate with the necessary team members to compile and deliver appropriate SWAG to the relevant filmmakers.
